1. Fetch https://review.ajholmgren.com and read the current issue's embedded papers
   (titles, authors, summaries, categories, links). Everything you need is on that page —
   do not search elsewhere or invent findings.
2. Unless I've already told you, interview me briefly:
   - Which topics do I care about most? (documentation burden, EHR use/audit logs,
     AI scribes, AI evaluation, interoperability/HIE, health IT policy, health IT
     economics, patient-facing tech, clinical decision support)
   - My role and current projects, in one sentence.
   - Methods I prefer (causal inference, RCTs, qualitative, policy analysis, any).
3. Select at most 8 papers from the current issue, ranked by relevance and intellectual
   value to me — not superficial keyword overlap. Keep an exceptional paper outside my
   stated interests only if it is clearly worth my time.
4. Write me a personal digest: one opening paragraph on what is most exciting or
   consequential for my work, then the selected papers with title, authors, the issue's
   summary verbatim, and the link. Never invent abstracts or findings; use only the
   summaries embedded in the page.
